Brief
The building combines a large warehouse with refrigerated zones, cold storage, cash & carry and a three-storey office.
The project puts a strong focus on sustainability, with a large solar installation, battery storage, geothermal energy and heat recovery. ELC carried out the general electrical installations and installed approximately 1,800 solar panels.

Distribution per zone, so consumption and production can be monitored separately.
Large roof, many panels
Approx. 1,800 panels on a logistics roof.
