We do not collect extra data. This site is here to inform you and to let you email us. No accounts, no newsletter, no analytics, no ads, no tracking.
In short
ELC Group does not use this website to follow visitors or to build marketing profiles. What we use is only what is needed to run the site: the language you choose, and what you type in a form if you want to reach us.

What we use to run the website
There is one cookie: PARAGLIDE_LOCALE. It remembers the language you choose, so the site stays in Dutch, English, French or Turkish. No analytics, no advertising cookies, no pixels. Our host may keep standard server logs (IP address, time, URL). If those logs exist, they are only there to run and secure the site, not to profile you.
What you send us yourself
There are three forms. You only fill them in if you want to reach us. We use that information to reply to you, not for marketing.
Contact: name (required), company (optional), email (required), phone (optional) and your question (required). No attachments.
Project request: disciplines, project name or location, sector, timing, optional scope, name, company, email, optional phone and role, optional files (up to 10 files, 10 MB in total: pdf, doc, xls, dwg, zip or images). Files go only on the internal email.
Jobs: first name, last name, email, optional phone, optional cover note, CV (required: pdf, doc or docx) and a consent checkbox. The CV is attached only to the internal email. With your consent we keep the application for up to 12 months. That period is organisational (our mailbox), not an automated deletion on the website.
How we send it
Forms are sent by email, via ZeptoMail (Zoho), to ELC. They are not stored in a website database. You also receive a confirmation email. Attachments from a project request or a CV sit only in that internal email.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and project messages for as long as we need to handle your request. We keep job applications for up to 12 months if you give consent. After that we delete them from our mailbox. That is not an automated action of the website.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and object. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit). Send your request to info@elcgroup.be. For job applications: jobs@elcgroup.be.
