Is this temporary agency work?+
No. All employees are on a permanent payroll at ELC Group and work under their own foreman.
What is the minimum assignment duration?+
One week. Longer is possible, including over several months.
Who is responsible for safety?+
Our foreman, according to your site rules and safety plan.
Can you also work in shifts?+
Yes, for maintenance shutdowns and catch-up periods we work in two or three shifts.
